According to the information base of the Nomadic Fund, with the help of God Almighty, the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly and the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Fund on Sunday, 27/02/2022 at the appointed time with the presence of Dr. Alaei Moghadam, Chairman of the Board of Nomadic Fund, Mr. Arabi The esteemed representative of the specialized parent company, Dr. zolavari, the CEO of the Fund and the majority of shareholders, was held in person and online (webinar) in the meeting hall of Shahid Soleimani of the Nomadic Affairs Organization of Iran.After the election of the assembly's board, the annual report of the Fund's board was read by Dr. zolanvari. Ali Nejat Darabi, representative of the Nomadic Cooperatives Union of Ilam Province, who was the main inspector and had an effective and potential presence in the meetings of the board of directors of the fund during this year, was thanked and appreciated.After polling, the nomadic cooperation of Khouzestan province was elected as the main inspector and the  the audit Institute named as Abtin Ravesh Aria was selected as the statutory auditor for the fiscal year ending December 20, 2022. It should be noted that the period of capital increase was extended from 12 months to 60 months and this issue was approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly.
